Add a tournament scoring system for Battle Royale game modes.

As a game center, we run tournaments all the time, including events for various battle royale games such as fortnite, Apex, and Warzone. Currently, we either use Challonge's "Grand Prix" race format to award points for each round and we just leave the race "time" blank. This works as the end of the tournament shows off the score accumulation for all rounds. However, it's cumbersome as it's called a "race" (which sometimes confuses out participants) but also folks watching the bracket live have no way to view the accumulated scores live during the match, they can only view the final standings once the tournament is over.
