  1. API : make the icon functionality available

    For now, the icon member in participant part in API seems to be unusable.
    Adding the possibility of adding an url in it and display it on the bracket will be very interesting !

  3. Have a field to input start times

    Allow for the organizer to enter start times for each game and have them displayed on the bracket for the players to know when their next game is.

  4. Resposive embedding

    Would be great if the embedd-function would be resposive as well.
    Its nice that your site is responsive but when the embedd function is still non-responsive. Would be nice with a non-iframe option.

  5. Scroll vertically

    would be interesting to allow scroll vertically for greater mobility devices, as small screen is tricky is possible to do?

  6. Please put in a consolation bracket as well as a four game guarantee bracket

    I am sure that everyone would like it if you put in a consolation bracket as well as a four game guarantee bracket option to make tournaments much more fun

  7. Add players to a "frequently used" list

    I have players who are often participating in my tournaments. I'd like to be able to have a "frequent user" option in the settings so that I don't have to add them each time. Thanks.

  9. Two stage tournament seeding tweaks

    In the two stage tournament where players first go through the group stage and then on to the bracket stage. While - as me - having 2 groups and want top 3 from each group to advance to playoffs the seeding seems a bit off. This requiers byes, so 1st seed from each group - in my opinion - should go to semifinals while 2nd/3rd seed to play quarterfinals. With challonge this does not happen. Instead they move 1st seed from group a to semifinal and 3rd seed from group b to semifinal.

  10. doubles

    Doubles

    4 people in a group, and you play doubles with everyone. AB v CD, AC v BD, AD v BC. Top 1 or 2 people advance (need a multiple of 4 to advance).

    Works for tennis, ping pong, badminton, etc

  11. View [misc] data from the participants page

    I've been using the API to put information into a bracket. With this information, I have also included some data in the participant[misc] field. This is great, and I love it. However, this [misc] field is really only viewable from within the API.

    I was wondering if there could be a slight notice to the contents of this [misc] field on the /participants page of a tournament. At the moment, there is a pencil and a trash can on the right side of every participant for edit/remove. It would be nice if there could be an icon I can simply…

  12. (1 v 1 v 1) or (1 v 1 v 1 v 1) or (2 v 2) particpant option

    I occasionally host Mario Kart and Smash Brother tournaments. One feature that would be nice is if you could have 4 players (1 v 1 v 1 v 1) compete in a round at a time instead of always (1 v 1).
    I think this feature would be a great addition and even speed up some tournaments from being extremely long.

    You could even have a 2 v 2 option as well

  13. 3+ stage tournament

    Only haveing the ability to have 2 stages is a bit irritating. I need to make 2 seperate tournaments to have Qualifiers > League Play > Playoffs. It would be much more simple to have 3+ stages in each tournament.

  14. Hokcey points system

    It would be very good if Challogne had a proper point system for hockey tournaments - 3 points for a win, 2 points for win in overtime, 1 points for loss in overtime

    makes it much easier to have regional or carpool avoidance and to see matches farther in bracket

  17. Faster (Esports Accurate) Swiss Stage

    Much like most esports (for example CSGO Majors) swiss stages don't have all the teams play all 5 matches, but rather they advance to the next stage after having won 3 or be eliminated if they lose 3.

  18. Points lost ranking

    Add "points lost" to "rank by" setting of Round Robin and other relevant tournaments. And then result sorting for this is done by having the least "points lost" so whoever has the least "points lost" wins.

    Such a ranking is very useful for fencing-like competitions where the main goal is to discourage double hits. And "points lost" are already tracked for "point score difference" anyways, you need to make them a separate column only with sorting from top least to bottom most.
