Add an extra match as a tiebreaker for groups
Feel like this is a pretty substantial feature missing. I get a lot of ties in groups for round robin tournaments and instead of trying to break them based on others games, if they split I'd like the option to break the tie with one more match between the tied parties

Blind Draw
This is a great program. We do a lot of tournaments and it works great, except it doesn't allow for Blind draw. That's the only thing that is missing to make this a great bracket program that would do everything for the Cornhole people. Most that do everything, are apps that you have to have a cell phone or tablet for and I use a computer for the ones we host and run windows, so I can't get those apps to download.
If ya'll could add the option of Blind Draw, because a lot of Cornhole tournaments are blind draw…

Allow upload picture for player avatar
When people are voting, they are constantly asking "who was that again?" Itd be nice to be able to upload pictures so that people see a name and pic advancing through the brackets

Create a wildcard option on two stage tournaments
The option will be toggled before the first round starts. When the first stage of a two-stage tournament completes, if the theoretical wildcard option is on, then it would pick the best team that didn't win their respective group in the first round (taking tiebreakers into account). Then seed the wildcard spots separately, and have the lower-seeded wildcard holders face off against higher-seeded group winners, much like most sports playoff systems.

Rating system not working
So far, despite occasional hiccups that might be because of my location, I've found your site extremely useful and efficient for what I'm doing.
However, I've recently began a tournament with a community (the 16th one for it in fact). I chose the game, ticked the rating box and started the tournament. After reporting a few matches, I noticed that no Elo had been assigned for them.

Accelerated Swiss
The swiss format needs an option for Accelerated Swiss pairings. This gives a virtual point to the upper half of the bracket for seeding the first few rounds. They don't keep that point, but it is used to ensure that lower rated players can't win with an easier bracket. The other advantage of the accelerated swiss pairing is that it reduces the number of perfect scores in half the games that it would normally take with a standard Swiss pairing system.

Matches API "suggested_play_order" returns null
A few years ago this feature was added see (https://feedback.challonge.com/forums/44455-feature-requests/suggestions/11659590-front-end-ui-match-identifier-does-not-match-api-m)
However since the pandemic the value "suggested-play-order" on matches has been returning null making it very difficult to coordinate matches with the front end UI.

Settings for time format
Right now the time (e.g. for the start of a tournament or check-in time) is reported in 12h AM/PM format. I would like to be able to change that to 24h in the settings.
Additionally, I'd like a setting that lets me display time in my timezone, whereas right now the time for a tournament appears with a timezone name next to it, which may not be mine. I'd rather not have to make the conversion myself.
